Marassi North Beach Access Policy
Tenants may access North Beach on weekdays only.
Weekends and official holidays are reserved exclusively for property owners and their immediate families.
All guests must have a valid rental card to enter Marassi and access North Beach.
Please note the following:
- Beach access is closed for tenants during weekends. However, lagoons and pools are available inside each parcel.
- Private beach options include: SOL Beach in Marassi, Massimo Beach in Alameen, and Esca in Playa.
- Lagoon access is only available within the guest’s assigned parcel, not in other parcels.

- 50% refund up to 2 weeks before arrival

Insurance down payment is due before check-in (refundable after the end of the booking duration).

Guest Regulations
Reservations at Marassi are exclusively open to families. Single-gender groups are permitted for non-Arab guests only.
Accommodation is available for families and girls only.
Arab couples must submit an official marriage certificate prior to booking. Visitors allowed are only of first-degree relatives.
Pets are prohibited (not even really cute ones)
Parties are prohibited.
Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 Pm – 8:00 Am.

The policy and rules of Marassi Compound for visitor access to North Beach:
Tenants are allowed to access the beach throughout the week, except during weekends and official holidays, which are reserved exclusively for property owners and their families.
Access to the beach in Marassi is limited to North Beach only.
If the beach is closed due to strong waves, tenants will not be able to access the beach area and will be limited to swimming pools and lagoons
Check-in is after 15:00 at your convenience.
Check out is at 11:00.
