When you’re ready for some fun, you can easily walk to various strip malls like Cloud nine, O1, Waterway, and Stella where you can find a wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars, and supermarket which is 5 minutes away.

For Arab passport holders, couples must submit an official marriage certificate. Visitors of the opposite sex are not allowed unless they're first degree relatives

- There is a waiting & seating area on the left side once the guest enters the place and it belongs to Bird Nest.

- The studios are in a shared building with other tenants in the building and not the whole building belongs to Bird Nest.

- All Studios located on the second floor.

- No elevator available.

- No bell boy or luggage assistance available.

- Street Parking available.

- The building is on the main road, expect little noise from the street.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.

Late check-out policy
Late check out requests are subject to availability.
Check out between 11:00 AM till 15:00 PM on the same day of departure, guests will be charged 25% of the daily rate published on our website.
Check out between 15:00 PM till 18:00 PM on the same day of departure, guests will be charged 50% of the daily rate published on our website.
Check out after 18:00 PM on the same day of departure, guests will be charged full day charges of the daily rate published on our website.
